I did this on with Flycast. I don't remember whether there was a confirmation sound, though.

DUCK has a baby:
1. Make the hidden character DUCK appear.
2. While playing as DUCK, input L, R, X + Y (press + at the same time).
3. A baby duck will follow DUCK.
Bo, maybe you found this cheat code using your programs? Is this cheat code in this game? Maybe it's in Power Jet Racing 2001?
I tried entering this cheat code, but it didn't work. There was no effect.
