Everything is open source when you can read machine code, but sometimes the original source is available.
These are much more interesting cheat codes. Thanks for the article and for finding the cheat codes for this game!
Omikron: The Nomad Soul and Vanishing Point don't have cheat codes for these games (neither DC nor PS1).
Bo, I wrote you an email.
And for the Urban Chaos version (August 28, 2000 prototype), do the cheat codes LARALARA and BLADDUR work? Have you checked? I don't have the opportunity to check these codes right now.
Unlock all levels:
Go to the options menu, then hold L + R and press LARALARA (the main menu splash screen will change, and all levels will be marked as completed).
You missed another cheat code in your article (https://ibb.co/WNZJDMgx), it's "Game Version":
Go to the options menu, then hold L + R and press LDRXAB (the game version will appear in the upper left corner).
The cheat code is "inflation" (?), I still don't understand where to enter it for it to work.
You can also enter the cheat code "Cheats are enabled" in the options menu (you'll hear a radio click).
I also tested these cheat codes for Urban Chaos (August 28, 2000 prototype), and they work there, except for the "inflation" cheat (?).
Bo, is this Debug mode or leftover code? debug mode - https://ibb.co/N6tnd7gN
Great finds!
Some cheat codes have already been published, watch from 16:19 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GBMnbHnvNFU
But even with this video, I still don't understand what the "inflation" cheat code does.
