On the topic of Traveller's Tales, years ago I found some text for debug options in Muppet RaceMania. Specifically in the European version, but it might be in the US version as well (there are a fair few differences between regions). There is also Toy Story Racer, which didn't have quite as much, just a "demo complete" string. Toy Story Racer: the code is in the PAL version, but the flag that allows you to enter it doesn't get set when you leave the auto demo like in the NTSC-U version. If you could somehow get back to the Press Start Button screen after having accessed the main menu, it would work. But I don't think you can.
Oh, nice! If you hang around the main menu for a bit, the auto demo starts and skipping that takes you back to the Press Start Button screen and sure enough, it works!
